loved our stay at the hotel and definitely coming here again. everything was perfectly fine, clean venue, comfy location convenient to lots of restaurants. the room was incredible and comfy, it was just what we needed. got free breakfasts and overall had a perfectly pleasant stay overall for four nights. location: the hotel was adjacent to all 4 parks, and the downtown area. we dined out at bob evans, set minute walk from the property.

The hotel shows signs of age, particularly in its furnishings and decor, which could use a refresh to enhance the overall experience. Breakfast options, while decent, lack variety, and might not satisfy those looking for a more robust morning meal. I also noticed the fitness center equipment could benefit from an upgrade, as it felt outdated compared to newer hotels. Lastly, there were some noise disturbances from other guests that might affect light sleepers, though it wasn't a dealbreaker for my stay.

The indoor pool was clean and relaxing. My room had air conditioning, a hairdryer, microwave, and a comfy sofa bed. The breakfast options were great, with fresh pastries and nice coffee. Staff were responsive when I had requests. Location next to Walmart made it super convenient for shopping.

Although I asked to be separated from small children and dogs, my room was next to and, above rooms that had dogs that barked all night and occupants that were loud until after 3 am.

Every time I went out the North outside entry there was a mat in the door which kept the door accessible without a key. I repeatedly removed the mat, as I felt that this was a safety issue...My thought is if they don't have a key, they don't get in..I probably removed the mat in my 2 night stay x20....this is a safety issue that shouldn't be allowed...my guess is it is staff that is going out to smoke...but it was propped open all times of the day and night with no staff outside.

Had a decent stay during my business trip. The indoor pool was really nice and provided a great way to unwind after a long day. The staff were quick to respond to my requests, which I appreciated. The breakfast options were a pleasant surprise with good variety. It was a practical choice for a work-related visit.

The staff was consistently friendly and cute. My room was always clean, paramount for my business travel needs. I appreciated the access to the indoor pool and the 24-hour fitness center.

The hotel is in need of some updates.

On arrival was advised my booking of two rooms had been cancelled. While I was able to get rebooked, the rates were not as I had booked on Booked.net. Not sure if this was the fault of Booked.net or the hotel. I have a booking in Chicago in two weeks and will make certain to reconfirm ahead of time.

Good hotel with free wi-fi, a fitness center, and friendly 24-hour reception. The staff helped return my forgotten headphones during my first stay, which I appreciated. I recommend it for a comfortable experience. I'm coming back for a business trip.
